Monthly Maintenance Package

If you’re looking for help maintaining your home but don’t have the time, I offer a Monthly Home Maintenance Membership to keep your space tidy and organized all year long.
This monthly subscription includes 3-5 hour sessions each month for 12 months, designed to refresh and maintain the spaces Modern & Minimalist has previously organized.
Monthly Maintenance Package – $275-$450/month

• Exclusive to returning customers and only available for spaces previously organized by Modern & Minimalist.
• Automatic bookings: No need to remember to schedule—together, we’ll choose one day per month for this service.
• Refresh your space monthly with 3-5 hours of organizing support (Smaller spaces like condos or apartments are perfect for the 3-hour option).
• Shopping & products are not included.
• All sessions must be used within 12 months.
• Payments can be made monthly, not requiring upfront full-year payment.

KonMari™ ​Tidying Service

I will work closely with you to create daily practices that keep your life organized and bring about positive changes. Through KonMari lessons, you’ll learn to implement practices tailored to your ideal lifestyle.

The KonMari® Method teaches you how to declutter and organize by category, not by location, focusing on five key categories in your home. Keep only the items that spark joy, and let go of the ones that no longer serve you. Show gratitude for your possessions, thank them for their service, and then release them.

This mindfulness-driven approach has resonated with people worldwide, as it not only transforms your space but also promotes introspection and a forward-thinking mindset.

Each KonMari lesson is 5 hours long and includes one-on-one support to help you detach from items that no longer align with your goals, while teaching you to cherish and appreciate the items that bring you joy. The items you keep will bring more positive energy into your home and improve your overall well-being.

In the first KonMari lesson, we will cover:

• A discussion about your ideal lifestyle and living/work environment
• Hands-on guidance using the KonMari Method™ through the first category, Clothing, including a folding demo
• Organizing and styling advice for your home or office

Once the first category is complete, you can continue with additional lessons to move through each category of the KonMari Method until your entire home is organized.

KonMari lessons are a minimum of five hours.
